Ingredients

Rehmannia (Shu Di Huang), Red Sage / Dan Shen (Salvia miltiorrhiza), Nettle Seed (Urtica dioica), Cleavers (Galium aparine), Astragalus (Huang Qi), Cordyceps (Dong Chong Xia Cao)

Our herbs are macerated in distilled cane sugar alcohol at 1:2 (herb to medium) ratio.

Directions

Consume 30 minutes before meal, preferably on an empty stomach to allow quick absorption. You may add to juice, water or take it raw. It can also be added to a hot tea by letting it sit for at least 5 minutes before consumption.

Dosage: Start with 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon. You may gradually increase up to 1 teaspoon.

Frequency: Ideal 2-3 times daily.

Shake well before use.
