At Raw Maraby Herbs, we want you to have a positive experience with our products. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy to understand how we handle various types of products:

Skincare and Haircare Products: Our skincare and haircare products are made to order with care, using wildcrafted herbs to ensure the highest quality. To honor our commitment to sustainability and avoid wastage of precious herbs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these custom products. We encourage you to review product details carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Herbs (Capsules, Tinctures and Dried Herbs): Our physical herbs may come in either loose herb or powdered form. We cannot guarantee the specific form you will receive due to the fact that we also use the powdered form to make tinctures. When the powdered form is unavailable, we provide the loose herb.

It’s important to note that whether our herbs are in powdered form or loose (cut and sifted) form, it doesn’t affect their potency. Both forms maintain their efficacy and herbal properties.

Given the nature of herbs and their potential for various applications, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for standard, one-time purchases of physical herbs (capsules, tinctures and dried herbs). (For monthly capsule subscriptions, please see our Subscription Orders policy below). If you are uncertain about which herb to choose, we recommend referring to the information provided on each herb’s page or consulting a herbalist or a professional for guidance.

Subscription Orders: Customers are solely responsible for managing their own subscription accounts. Capsule subscriptions automatically renew and ship every month. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal, provided you do so before your next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed and sent, it cannot be cancelled. If you fail to cancel your subscription before it renews and ships, the following strict return conditions apply:

  • 35% Restocking Fee: If you choose to return an unwanted subscription order, a 35% restocking fee will be applied. This 35% fee will be deducted directly from your refund total.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, you (the customer) are entirely responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a subscription return, the herbal capsules must be completely unopened, with all safety seals intact.

Digital Products: Our digital products, such as e-books and downloadable resources, are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In the event that there are issues with digital products, such as misspellings or technical problems, please contact us, and we will be happy to rectify the situation and provide any necessary corrections or assistance.
