☀️ Summer Reminder: Our natural, preservative-free body butters and salves may soften or melt in transit during hotter and warmer months. This won’t affect quality - just refrigerate briefly to restore texture. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.
NOTE: The texture change can occur during transit in warm weather for whipped butters. Each container is filled to capacity and weighed before labeling as part of our quality assurance process. The whipped texture naturally takes up more space and when it melts, it can appear to have less volume — though the full amount is still there.

Packages returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect address provided by the customer, and/or inadvertently ordering the wrong item are subject to a reshipping fee.

Our processing time takes 4-7 business days (Tuesday-Friday) before it's shipped. Our products are made to order and in small batches as we prioritize quality, potency, and sustainability, handcrafting each product to order.
NOTE: Processing is different from Shipping. Processing involves preparing your order and checking the availabilty; Shipping is the actual delivery to your address.
