Shipping Process
To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we entrust Canada Post as our courier service. As we are located in Toronto, Canada, our choice is based on a seamless transition from international to local delivery. Once your package reaches the destination country for customs clearance, the local post office of that country (e.g., United States Postal Service for US customers) takes over, ensuring a successful delivery to your address.
Order Processing
Please be aware that our order processing time varies:
- Standard Orders: 3-5 business days
- Custom Products: At least 7 business days (as the process is different)
- Orders with Tinctures: 4-6 business days, as we craft them in small batches to ensure high potency
Our business days are from Tuesday to Friday—Mondays and weekends do not count as business days. It’s essential to distinguish between order processing, shipping, and delivery times. Order processing encompasses the time it takes for us to prepare your order before it is handed over to the courier service.
Digital Products
In addition to physical products, you’ll receive digital goods, such as recipe cards, via email. Ensure that the email address you provide is correct and your inbox is not full. We’ll send you an order confirmation email and shipping information email to the same address.
Refunds and Returns
Skincare and Haircare Products (Oils, Salves, Butters, and Hair Care)

Capsules, Tinctures and Dried Herbs
Capsules and Tinctures are made to order in small batches, and dried herbs are ethically wildcrafted, making them both unique and valuable. Therefore, we do not accept refunds or returns, whether they are opened or unopened.
Custom Products
Custom products are crafted to your specifications, and due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns or refunds for these items, whether they are opened or unopened.
Digital Products
Our digital products, including recipe cards, are provided complimentary for your personal use. Unauthorized resale or redistribution of our digital items is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for physical products are calculated by Canada Post based on the weight of your order. These shipments are insured, and the insurance cost is included in the shipping price. This insurance offers protection for your purchases in the event of damage or loss during transit. You can have peace of mind knowing that your items are safeguarded throughout the shipping process.
