Packages returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect address provided by the customer, and/or inadvertently ordering the wrong item are subject to a reshipping fee.

Our processing time takes 4-7 business days (Tuesday-Friday) before it's shipped. Our products are made to order and in small batches as we prioritize quality, potency, and sustainability, handcrafting each product to order.
